UAE Embassy in Beijing Showcases Emirati Culture through “Al Bait Al Emarati” Initiative The UAE Embassy in Beijing is further strengthening its commitment to promoting the nation’s cultural identity and sharing its civilisational message in China. Among its many initiatives designed to foster cultural exchange and enhance bilateral ties, the “Al Bait Al Emarati” cultural event has emerged as a standout programme. Scheduled to take place from 19th to 22nd September, “Al Bait Al Emarati” is being organised as part of the Huairou Great Wall Marathon and the Zayed Charity Run 2025, marking the events’ inaugural presence in Beijing. The event invites visitors on a rich journey into the heart of authentic Emirati traditions. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience vibrant Emirati folk arts, admire intricate handicrafts, taste traditional cuisine, and enjoy the warmth and generosity emblematic of Emirati hospitality. In a testament to its ongoing engagement, the embassy also participated in the 31st Beijing International Book Fair (held from 18th to 22nd June) with a specially curated pavilion under the theme “Al Bait Al Emarati”, organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. This pavilion offered visitors a window into the richness of Emirati heritage, with dedicated displays highlighting traditional Arabic hospitality and calligraphy, as well as art exhibitions and a library featuring an extensive collection of Emirati publications. “Al Bait Al Emarati” has successfully established itself as a symbol of the UAE’s role as a leading hub for culture and knowledge. The initiative has drawn wide attention from guests and Chinese officials, who have commended it as a shining example of successful cultural engagement between the two nations. Team V.4-EM-UAE
