Museum of the Future Unveils Exciting Eid Al Adha Programme for Families

DUBAI, 1st June, 2025 – The Museum of the Future has unveiled a vibrant selection of innovative and entertaining activities for this year’s Eid Al Adha celebrations, tailored to engage families of all ages.

Among the highlights is a virtual journey through space, where visitors can board the OSS Hope orbiting station for an immersive experience. This interactive adventure showcases the latest innovations and scientific research, offering insights into life aboard the station and visions of Dubai and the world in 2071.

On the second floor, the “Tomorrow, Today” exhibit features an opportunity to interact directly with Ameca, a state-of-the-art humanoid robot. With multilingual capabilities, Ameca engages guests through conversation and interaction, creating unique moments for photo opportunities.

Guests are also invited to explore “Al Waha”, a sensory experience developed to restore mental clarity and reconnect with the senses. Nearby, the “Earth Dreams” exhibition by renowned artist Refik Anadol invites visitors to journey through AI-generated digital artworks. These immersive installations blur the lines between art, technology, and the natural world, reflecting on the ever-evolving relationship between humans and the environment.

The museum’s Nature Rehabilitation Lab has recently welcomed a standout feature: “The Vivarium”. This living installation presents a futuristic ecosystem comprising genetically modified organisms—including plants, insects, and microorganisms—within a controlled, sealed environment. Visitors can manipulate temperature, humidity, and lighting to observe how these organisms adapt in real time.

On the ground floor, the “Future Heroes” zone provides an interactive play area specifically designed for children. The space promotes exploration, collaboration, and creativity in an educational yet playful environment that encourages skill-building in a safe setting.

For those looking to capture a memorable Eid moment, the museum’s iconic architecture offers a photogenic backdrop that seamlessly merges the UAE’s rich heritage with a vision of the future.
